Chocolate Horchata
Ingredients
MethodHorchata Granita:
- 900g Rice Milk
- 90g Sugar
- 1g Cinnamon
- 9g Vanilla Extract
Chocolate Oat Milk:
- 34g deZaan Hot Chocolate Mix
- 193g Oat Milk Extra Creamy
Build:
- 115g Horchata Granita
- 227g Chocolate Oat Milk
- Combine all Horchata Granita ingredients and blend until Sugar has dissolved.
- Place in a large container and leave it in the freezer.
- After 30 minutes, whisk. Repeat every 20-30 minutes until the mixture is completely frozen and fluffy. You can reserve as is and scoop per order, or portion into single servings – 1 cup/115g. Keep frozen.
- Heat Oat Milk to 65°C/149°F.
- Blend in deZaan Hot Chocolate Mix until smooth and chill.
- When ready to serve, place chilled Chocolate Oat Milk in a chilled glass and top with Horchata Granita & Cinnamon.
