Cocoa and Pecan Fudge
Ingredients
Method- 240g Confectioners’ Sugar
- 140g deZaan Rich Terracotta Cocoa Powder
- 80g Butter
- 140g Cream (35%)
- 20g Vanilla Extract
- 80g Chopped Pecans
- In a small pot, combine the confectioners’ sugar, cocoa powder, melted butter, cream and vanilla extract.
- Heat and stir until you have a smooth texture. Add chopped pecans.
- Transfer into a plastic wrap-lined pan. Spread with a spatula to approximately 1-inch thickness. Top with remaining chopped pecans, if desired.
- Chill until ready to serve. Slice into 1-inch squares.
