- 105g Sugar
- 20g deZaan Crimson Red Cocoa Powder
- 60g deZaan Rich Terracotta Cocoa Powder
- 2g Salt
- Combine all the ingredients for the cocoa mix in a blender. Blend for a few seconds to combine.
- 39g Cocoa Mix
- 227g Whole Milk
- Splash of Vanilla Extract
- To prepare a cup of hot cocoa, heat your milk (or desired liquid base) in a small saucepan.
- Blend in the cocoa mix and a splash of vanilla.
Note: You may also use vanilla sugar in the mix and omit the extract.
