Ingredients
Method- Coconut Milk 144g
- Eggs 180g
- Sugar 108g
- Rice Flour 73g
- Tapioca Starch 7g
- deZaan Cocoa Powder 12g
- Salt 2g
You will also need an iron (or ideally a love letter) mould
- To make the batter, simply mix together all of the ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour a small amount of batter onto the mould, enough to cover one side.
- Press the moulds together and cook for about 30 seconds each side or until you would be able to easily peel it off from the mould.
- Scrape off any excess batter along the edges.
- Quick fold them into quarters while they are still warm (they will harden quickly when cooled).
- Cool thoroughly and store in an air tight container.
