- 450g Ripe Avocadoes
- 16g deZaan Rose Blush Cocoa Powder
- 1 Lime (juiced)
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pass the mixture through a fine sieve.
- Place it in a piping bag and reserve.
- 1kg Coconut Cream
- 75g Chia Seeds
- In a bowl, add both the ingredients and mix well for 15 minutes until the chia seeds have absorbed all the coconut cream they can.
- Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and reserve.
- 2 Mangoes (ripe)
- 10 Passion Fruits
- 2 Limes
- Goji Berry
- Cut open the passion fruits, take out the pulp, and reserve.
- Clean and slice the mangoes into cubes of 1x1 cm.
- Flavor the mango with lime juice and zest.
- Add the chia coconut pudding to a bowl or glass.
- Add the mango salad and fresh passion fruit on top with a large dot of the deZaan Rose Blush avocado crème.
- Add granola mix to the side and finish with goji berries.
Note: For granola mix, add 2% of deZaan Rose Blush cocoa powder to your favorite mix of granola.
