Part 1: Rose Blush Avocado Cream
Ingredients
  • 450g Ripe Avocadoes
  • 16g deZaan Rose Blush Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Lime (juiced)
Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pass the mixture through a fine sieve.
  3. Place it in a piping bag and reserve.
Part 2: Coconut Chia Pudding
Ingredients
  • 1kg Coconut Cream
  • 75g Chia Seeds
Method
  1. In a bowl, add both the ingredients and mix well for 15 minutes until the chia seeds have absorbed all the coconut cream they can.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and reserve.
Part 3: Fresh Exotic Fruit Salad
Ingredients
  • 2 Mangoes (ripe)
  • 10 Passion Fruits
  • 2 Limes
  • Goji Berry
Method
  1. Cut open the passion fruits, take out the pulp, and reserve.
  2. Clean and slice the mangoes into cubes of 1x1 cm.
  3. Flavor the mango with lime juice and zest.

Part 4: Assembly
Method
  1. Add the chia coconut pudding to a bowl or glass.
  2. Add the mango salad and fresh passion fruit on top with a large dot of the deZaan Rose Blush avocado crème.
  3. Add granola mix to the side and finish with goji berries.

Note: For granola mix, add 2% of deZaan Rose Blush cocoa powder to your favorite mix of granola.
